Paleo Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls

These bliss balls are so quick to put together in a food processor and hit the sweet tooth spot all week long.

Paleo Coconut Chocolate Bliss Balls 

1 cup unsweetened coconut

1 cup almonds 

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup pure maple syrup 

2 cups pitted medjool dates (around 20 dates)

1 tsp vanilla

1 pinch of salt 

1/4-1/2 cup water to blend 

1 cup extra coconut for rolling

Add all ingredients except the extra rolling coconut to your food processor. Add the water gradually until you have a thick dough. Roll into balls then into the extra coconut. Keep in fridge for up to one week!
