Tangy Lemon & Tarragon Salad

This salad is tangy & so easy & really delicious. It is a perfect side to honestly anything but also serves as a great main with grilled chicken or shrimp. It is simple but packs a punch of flavor you are sure to enjoy!

Tangy Lemon Tarragon Salad

Dressing: 

Juice of 1 lemon

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tbsp white wine vinegar

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp Dijon 

1 tsp minced garlic or 1/2 tsp garlic powder 

Dash of tarragon 

Salt & pepper 

Salad: 

1 head butter lettuce 

1/4 cup chopped pecans

Freshly shaved Parmesan 

In a mason jar mixed together all dressing ingredients & shake. On a serving platter, place your full butter leaves down flat & place chopped pecans over them. Using a mandolin, shave some thick slices of parmesan over top. Drizzle with vinaigrette and enjoy!
